Charcoal Portraits on Brown Paper
1. describe art work.
some techniques I tried were just drawing what I saw and make my face look real. I struggled with my hair and how to make it look curly.
I got inspiration from Ms O'ryan's drawing. when she'll go though it with the class I would understand how to draw it on the right place.
Landscape
My art work defines the beauty of nature and how we really don't consider all the different colors there is in everything we see how they come all together and make a beautiful view. i created my art work with color pastels and mixing a lot of colors to get the different values. my goals for this art work was to make it look real and to show all the colors of nature.i learned that the use of putting little pieces of different colors make it look real for example like the sky is not just blue if you look at the sky outside you could see the various of colors. if you look at a river you would see the shades the things that reflect on the water and its all full of different colors.

Color Complementary Project:
my art work defines how two different colors can make each other stand out. in this picture it shows how the purple make the yellow pop out. i created my art work by using different color pencils different yellows and purples. my goals for this art work was to show the difference in every color. i learned that adding and adding more shades of colors can make it look better each time and to see the various of colors.
